Predictive maintenance
Predictive maintenance, at the heart of industrial performance
In increasingly automated factories, the fight against failures and malfunctions of all kinds, even the most discreet, has become a constant priority for manufacturers.
Maintenance experts are the guarantors of the availability and reliability of equipment. As the only players with a global vision of the production tool, they are at the heart of industrial performance.
Why move to predictive maintenance 4.0?
Artificial Intelligence allows you to discover optimal thresholds and relationships between weak signals imperceptible to the human eye and malfunctions that have occurred on your equipment.
This is what DiagRAMS Technologies offers.

Predictive maintenance is not new.
Its objective?
Establish a maintenance strategy based on the actual state of wear and tear of the equipment, not on a theoretical life span (preventive maintenance).
For this, there are different levels of monitoring: visual inspections, instrumented readings, but these measurements remain punctual, and therefore insufficient to know the state of the equipment continuously. With IoT sensors, we can go one step further and monitor in real time the operation and be alerted when a threshold, defined by the technician, is exceeded.
